Upon arrival in Kigali, you will be warmly welcomed by your driver guide and transferred to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, you may enjoy a brief orientation of the city. Relax and unwind after your journey as you prepare for the adventure ahead. Dinner and overnight stay at Galaxy Hotel

At 8:00 Am After breakfast, embark on a guided city tour of Kigali, exploring both the historic and modern parts of the city. Visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial to learn about Rwanda’s history and reflect on the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi, as well as other global genocides. After lunch, depart for Akagera National Park, enjoying scenic views along the way. Dinner and overnight at Akagera Transit Lodge.

Start your day early with a thrilling game drive in Akagera National Park in search of the Big Five and other wildlife species. Enjoy the rich biodiversity of the park until lunchtime. In the afternoon, continue with a game drive as you exit the park from the northern gate and proceed to Musanze. Arrive in the evening for dinner and overnight at Fatima Hotel.

At 6:30 am Depart from hotel after breakfast to rich the park head quarter at 7:00 when we have briefing on trekking Mountain Gorilla and be allocated to the group of Gorillas. Trekking can go until 1pm to 2pm when we go for lunch. At 3pm, visit the Ellen DeGeneres Campus to learn the legacy and hard work of Dian Fossey to protect the endangered Mountain Gorilla. Dinner and Overnight at Fatima hotel.

After breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing before trekking the playful and rare golden monkeys. Return for lunch, then drive to Lake Kivu for a relaxing sunset boat cruise. Enjoy the scenic beauty and tranquil atmosphere of one of Africa’s great lakes. Dinner and overnight at Galaxy Kivu Hotel.

At 7:00 am after breakfast, enjoy an authentic coffee experience in Kinunu, learning about the journey from crop to cup. Continue your journey to Nyungwe National Park, arriving in time for lunch. After lunch go for canopy walk, a suspended bridge of 70m canopy and 200 high above the forest until at 5pm, when we drive back to the lodge. Accommodation at Ken Barham Guest House.

Early morning at 5:00am go for Chimpanzee trekking until lunch time, after lunch enjoy a tea plantation experience, learning about tea production and Rwanda’s agricultural heritage. Dinner and overnight at Ken Barham Guest House.

At 5:30 after breakfast, begin your journey back to Kigali with a stop at the King’s Palace Museum to explore Rwanda’s traditional monarchy and cultural heritage. Continue to Kigali for lunch and optional of last minute shopping. You will then be transferred to the airport for your departure flight.
